One ordinary afternoon at home, one message came into my sight from a friend of mine. She encouraged me to apply the teaching assistant of our teacher who teaches criminology. Considered that the salary is fairly enough for a college student, I soon accepted the challenge. However, I didn’t understand what I’ve done until all the stress and new challenges rushing to my life after that day. At first, I thought it was all about paper work. And there is no need for me to bother what’s on the news after I was after school. What I expected was nothing but serving water for my boss on the course. Nevertheless, from uploading files to writing teaching blogs for the course, I gradually learned how capable I am when it came to courses. After several months my boss left me the greatest challenge I’ve met for the first time: conducting two classes for review and indictment writing. Burning the midnight oil for days and carrying tons of books home for preparing the course, I turned out to be an expert of criminal law. Feeling panic and exciting at the same time, I still accomplished the task successfully. All the challenges I’ve come over makes me a better person with high flexibility and organization ability. It took me only one week or even less for me to prepare one discussion course if required. My boss also taught me to see things in different way to get more ideas, which led me to another way of creative thinking to organize things.
