On the one hand, it is necessary to mention that day by day, society is changing more and more due to the relevance of the use of technology in human realities and jobs. It is good to dream about the way a person wants to catch the world. It is also good to imagine how the reality could be, even if the idea of being independent is becoming increasingly difficult because the economical resources a person needs to do it are never good enough to become a real independent person.
Secondly, I reckon that in the future, I would have liked to be a paramedic, because in this sense I would have saved millions of people who are suffering nowadays in many different contexts around us, and who need more committed people to help the world. Also, it is essential to construct a society fulfilling the people’s needs and contributing them to have a better place to live, with more realistic human conditions. I have seen that most of people are trying to study many superfluous things, just with the aim of becoming rich people, but that is not equitable with social needs, taking also into account that we, as Colombian’s citizenship, are in a developing country and the more we would do in favor of our society, the more it would evolve.
On the other hand, right now as a teacher and as a student of a Foreign Languages Program, I think the idea of becoming teacher is a better one. That is, I am sure that teachers could help people more than being paramedics, because in teaching, it could be possible to help more citizens with the idea of achieving a new language, and helping the societies; specially the Colombian one, with the main aim to be more updated and to gain a better status of social respectability. Besides, as a better future teacher, my primary concern should be the students and what type of learning environment will be best suited to meet their needs. There are numerous methods of teaching and there are also numerous ways to learn. So that it could be more interesting for me the concept of teaching, having in mind all of this diversity. It is essential too, that we as Colombian teachers take this into account, as helping the students achieve their goals and discover their talents. Above all we must encourage the students to the future and to try new things and do what we can to prevent limiting them in any way.
Finally, I am sure no body knows what the future is going to be like. The future is an unsolved mystery that can never be unleashed. People will never be able to live in the future because when they try to achieve the future, it becomes the present. Even though no one knows what the future is going to be like, I am sure something beautiful is going to happen to my life. I think I have been a good and a responsible person, not only with my degree studies, but with everything that surrounds me. I have the clear idea that human beings are social beings. So that, I will construct my future thinking all the time in the good way I can contribute with the society I live in and not having the close idea of gaining much money just to increase my lonely ego.
