I'm an English language teacher in the education center. I teach English to young learners.
I have never received this programme before, and I'm sure this course will be helpful for my future teaching. The way I'm teaching is good, but I know that I need to improve my teaching techniques. I'm sure that the course would really help me improve as a teacher.
the metaphor "language is like a cake" really impressed me and I totally agree with this metaphor, because people all over the world are different and everyone has different tastes. Some people like sweets, others do not.
The cake should not only be presentable but also delicious. To prepare such a cake, we must carefully work on it.
First, we have to choose the right ingredients, then distribute it correctly, it is also important to calculate the cooking time.
One mistake and taste will be different.
The same thing with learning a new language. The best teacher should motivate their students. Feeding them by games, fun and exciting way to learn. Also, the teacher should help students to achieve their language goal.
As I mentioned above, the taste of everyone
different and the teacher need to find a universal taste that will suit everyone.
