Hereby the Applicant present to the Court (by fax and by ordinary post) his written observation on the Memorandum of the authorities of Russian Federation claims for just satisfaction (in relation to pecuniary, non-pecuniary damages, costs and expenses) under Article 41 of the Convention and required supporting documents. The applicant and his lawyer inform the Court that work on the submitted documents was coupled with the re-experiencing by the Applicant of circumstances of unfair criminal persecution, cruel punishment, physical and mental suffering, and has provoked acute attacks of acquired diseases (asthma, gastric ulcer and 12-gastro cancer, diseases of the spine and legs) in the form of suffocation, headache, abdominal pain, backache, legs pain, dizziness, weakness of the Applicant. As a result the joint work of the Applicant and his lawyer on the drafting and editing of the documents was suspended for 15 days. The applicant and his lawyer express their sincerest apologies for submitting the written observation, claims for just satisfaction and supporting documents later the time-limit indicated by the Court in the letters from September 29, 2014, December 12, 2014. At the same time, they kindly ask the Court to declare the causes of delay as valid and accept the submitted documents for the further consideration.
