Learning English
It's only my second visit to the site...
It's only my second visit to the site. And may be I make an assuming very fast but my opinion about it is that it's a little raw and unpopular. I will very glad if I mistake. And by the way, the service is absolutely free for me, so I have no complaints and I appreciate the time and the labours of the creator.
Thanks to all who made it. But, if you could listen to me, it would be my pleasure to try to improve the service with the little suggestions about current inconveniences that I've found here using the site and about how may be it could've been changed for more friendly usability.
I would repeat one more time, it's not the rough criticism, but only suggestions, my own thoughts. Look, e.g. it seems to me logical thing that if I'm offered to pick the people for checking my text, then it would be convenience to have a list with users who know (with level I prefer) the language I learn and who learn the one that I know (considering the level they prefer also) and I could check their texts vise versa...
Second, may be it's not so obviously but it's too an important thing, I think. It seems that not so many people are registered here, and I'm so sorry about that. That service could be the very useful for everyone who learns who uses who loves the languages and who wants to improve and develop them. I'll do what I can, I can tell my friends about it. And everyone can. But it's not enough. As I see, there's no ads, and it's very nice, but considering that I suppose what creator(s) has(ve)n't got a piece of materially motive to improve the service... May be if he\she\they would spend one month to promote it in the Net, and (Ok I'm agree to lose the rest) fulfil it with ads to return his\her\their time as ads-payments, it would known to many people who needs it and there would be the celebration of language learning here...
Your thoughts are clear, but your English has a lot of problems. Your ideas are not particularly helpful. You won't get a list of "checkers." The checkers choose you -- not the other way around. And, obviously, someone won't offer to check you (for free) unless they are competent. This is called "self selection." Anyway, if your English is so bad, it's obvious you don't have the ability to choose from among those who are offering their service to you (for free). As for your suggestion to muck it up with adds, please, don't repeat that. I hate sites that have lots of pop-up ads. And, anyway, that won't help. What this or any site needs is more users. What you can do is put it on your Facebook and recommend it to people. Instead of making useless suggestions, I suggest that you ask someone to review and correct your letter. Best regards.

Hello! My name is Dmitry Lopatin. I've created correctmytext.com
in 2009 to help everyone who learns foreign languages.
I'll be happy to see you as my friends in Facebook:

Learning to write and speak a foreign language correctly requires having somebody to correct your grammar and usage errors.
Otherwise you may learn a substandard version of the language with deep-rooter mistakes and incorrect usages that are hard to get rid of.
A popular and tried-and-true way to learn languages involves writing texts in a foreign language on a daily basis and reading them aloud to a native speaker, who will correct any mistakes.
Native speakers or language professionals will review your text and correct all errors of style or grammar free of charge.
You can also request a sound recording of the spoken version of your corrected text that will let you hear the subtleties of pronunciation by a native speaker.
