Transformative potential of female entrepreneurship
Awareness of the importance of economic independence and the desire for liberation from degrade patriarchal framework marked the entry of women in the sphere of entrepreneurship. Although philosophy and ideology of entrepreneurship is still and largely to the point that ultramasculinity commitment to patriarchally - distorted understanding of the nature and interests of men - figure of women as social invalid changes.
In this essay I’ll try to elaborate the thesis that women in the business world are major economic power and that the creation and development of entrepreneurial potential of women, without the patriarchal background, is substantial part of overall economic growth and development of new business. After the introductory part in which I will look at etymology of female entrepreneurship, the paper further will point out the strengths and weaknesses of female entrepreneurs, and the potentially good and bad side of women's entrepreneurship. Focusing on developing and strengthening entrepreneurial skills of women from rural areas I’ll try to show that female entrepreneurship is an important step for the emancipation of women, ending gender discrimination and also that women's entrepreneurial ambitions improving overall social position of households. Discussing the results of some researches about entrepreneurs I’ll try to show that these women made important step in their lifes because they left the private sphere and shown that they are able to align possibilities with the wishes, to maintain a balance between family obligations and their ambitions and fight for their place in the world in which business and entrepreneurial women is still relatively new concept. Talking with women who take participation in entrepreneurial activities I’ll try to identify the positive changes in these practices, but also the difficulties with which female entrepreneurs meet.
In reference to the facts, resulting from the testing described problem, in the conclusion of this paper I’ll show that lifestyle and value orientation of women are not necessarily traditional and patriarchal, and that capacity is not innate gift or privilege, rather it is ability that we get. Affirmation of women to engage in entrepreneurship is a safe way to delete gender inequality property, for acquisition of economic independence and the achievement of social rights. Women's entrepreneurial potential is potential for change substantial nature's reality which often marginalise women, and also the potential for inclusion women in the economic sphere which should provide growing and sustainable development.
