У тебя есть фотки ? Хорошо, жду фотки. Я был там весной. Мне было бы легче, если бы говорил по-немецки или по-английски. Сейчас надо идти по городу с друзьями. Вышли фотки, когда ты дома. Не переживай, не даю их никому. Ты должен изучать англиский лучше. Каждый умный человек должен говорить по крайней мере на одном иностранном языке.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do you have any photos? Ok, I am waiting for the photos. I was there in the spring. It would be easier for me, if you spoke German or English. I have to go in the city with my friends now. Send me photos, when you'll be home. Don't worry, I will not give them to anyone. You should learn English better. Every intelligent person should speak at least one foreign language.
Логическая связь в этом тексте практически не прослеживается. Для телефонного разговора, конечно, нормально, но без ответных реплик выглядит не очень.

@ Dmitr: There is no connection between the sentences. They are just some random questions/sentences used in a communication. What I wanted to know was if they are grammaticaly correct and if this is the way a Russian native speaker would express himself.

Я сейчас пойду гулять (по городу) с друзьями. Или: мне нужно сейчас идти встречаться с друзьями. Вышли мне фотографии, когда будешь дома. Не волнуйся, я их никому не покажу. Тебе стоит подучить английский.
Остальное вроде ничего.

Learning to write and speak a foreign language correctly requires having somebody to correct your grammar and usage errors.
Otherwise you may learn a substandard version of the language with deep-rooter mistakes and incorrect usages that are hard to get rid of.
A popular and tried-and-true way to learn languages involves writing texts in a foreign language on a daily basis and reading them aloud to a native speaker, who will correct any mistakes.
Native speakers or language professionals will review your text and correct all errors of style or grammar free of charge.
You can also request a sound recording of the spoken version of your corrected text that will let you hear the subtleties of pronunciation by a native speaker.
