The analysis of these works, however, is an impossible aim for a single researcher. The influence of Flaubert is so abundant that it should deserve the efforts of a whole group of researchers.
Our goal is, thus, necessarily modest, but innovative: to contribute to the knowledge of Flaubert in Spain and catalogue the translations of his works since the origins and until 2009.
